Evening gentlemen, this is not my usual area of collecting but I have always wanted a REAL OFFICERS CRUSHER from WW2 as I live in the 8th Air Forces "back yard" of Norfolk England. This one really looks correct to me and not one of those caps that has had the stiffener removed to give it the "look".

This 50 missions crusher cap was made to be soft and pliable. Manufactured by « Dobbs ». The visors bill is natural leather, interior retains its sweat shield, sweatband is complete but is a bit loose. The chinstrap retaining buttons and eagle device are original to the visor cap. Size is a « 57 » (7 1/8).
